Vanderbilt is currently running SFX version 3. We have branded the service findit@vu 
Several activities occur somewhat regularly to maintain the integrity of the database and to assure that the system is current. These include:
-Additions/changes to the knowledge-base. These are performed by Rick Stringer-Hye, Kitty Porter, Ann Ercelawn, and Dale Poulter. -Daily backups are performed via a cronjob at 1:30am. -Statistics are moved from the online database to the offline database via a cronjob at 12:15am monthly. -MARCIT record exports are performed by either Rick Stringer-Hye, Kitty Porter, Ann Ercelawn, or Dale Poulter as needed -The MARCIT load for ACORN runs daily at 5:15pm, but only loads records if they had been exported earlier. -The production database is refreshed manually by Dale either weekly (between noon and 1:00pm on Friday) or on demand. -Knowledge-base and software upgrades are performed monthly by Dale. -Our holdings are exported for harvest by Google at 2:00am on the 15th each month. -The A-Z list is recreated daily at 5:00am
