We facilitate requests for technology services and problem reporting through a web-based system called the NetFix Request Management System (iNFoRM). This provides a central "location" for entering and tracking the status of requests for service and a centralized system LITS uses to manage requests from Library staff. Among its many features, iNFoRM includes a template for requesting new accounts, "one touch" queries, integrated email-based messaging to LITS staff, as well as facilities for checking on the status of existing requests.
