Communication

We see regular communication and collaboration with library staff as crucial to reaching our goal of excellence in technology development and support for the Heard Library. We meet regularly, in both formal and informal settings, with the Library Management Council, with library directors, the library technology officer, departmental supervisors, and staff members. We participate with other library staff on task forces and workgroups. We also regularly participate and communicate with other technology support leaders on campus in order to communicate the library's technology goals and needs as well as to understand better the technology environments with which our systems interact.
