**Progress on normalization and mapping for new resources.
***Action: The goal is to make the databases available as they are without having to go back and redesign databases. The committee recommends to move forward with mapping of all resources.
***Action: Marshall will send a communication to Jody to request Tao and Jodie G. be invited to the mapping committee. 
*Added item to agenda: Helguera Collection
**The metadata committee was asked by Roberta to become more involved in the Helguera Collection project, the digitization of a small sample of the Helguera Collection with the goal to apply for a small grant to digitize the rest. The metadata committee would be in a position to recommend the appropriate Dublin core fields as well as make recommendations on staffing needs for the grant.
***Action: The Metadata Committee will have an advisory role with the Helguera Collection.
*Libraries report to library council.  The Metadata Committee will wait to hear from Library Council on reporting.
