Agenda

1) Decide upon a regular meeting time and frequency (5 minutes)

Please bring a list of all your regular meetings so that we can avoid scheduling ours during that time.

2) Review our charge (5 minutes)

Are there portions that need clarification?

2) Brainstorm and decide upon our tasks (20 minutes)

Which ideas are the most important or most time sensitive?

3) Decide upon a process, structure and timeline for completing our work (20 minutes)

How will we accomplish our work, as a large group or in smaller sub-teams?
What are some important dates to keep in mind? (I have some to share)
How should we document our work?

4) Assign responsibility for tasks (10 minutes)

Which tasks most interest you? What strengths could you bring to the exploration of a particular issue?

Minutes (Sue)

The team will plan to meet as a large group on a biweekly basis (1st and 3rd Mondays at 11:00)

Jodie will inquire in LITS about getting an OAK course set up for us where we will keep our documentation, literature review, etc. I’ll post our official minutes to the wiki so that staff beyond our team can view our progress.

We have four sub-teams who will meet before we have our next project team meeting:

Rahn will work on a revision of the Project Summary/Abstract based on comments at our meeting today and will share this via email for feedback from the group.

The sub-teams should plan to report to the larger group at our next meeting, though we can certainly share information via email in the meantime.
