Marketing Plan:
We are continuing to work on the marketing plan, this week identifying needs of graduate students and undergraduates.
Discussed completed tasks and 6 month goals.

LibQUAL and Communications Issues:
During this meeting we reviewed the list of LibQUAL comments that reflect what is important to the audiences in terms of services, facilities or collections. We reviewed graduate and undergraduate student comments and examples of potential communications solutions. Key areas are listed below:
Graduate Students:
Find more resources in their fields such as more DVDs, primary resources and journals.
Promote remote access availability.
Computers in the Libraries – availability of wireless.
Possibility of web page with map of carrels, group study space and wireless.
Publicize copy/office supplies.
Publicize the availability of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software.
Recommendation link for books to buy.
More hours for students who stay on campus during holiday breaks.Promote 24/7 and special exam hours.
Availability of specialist librarians.
UNDERGRADUATES:
Publcize available reference help.
Searching help – Freshmen seminars.
Publicize the “ask us” button.
Comfortable study places – Central’s new space and group study access.
Promote existing coffee machines.
Advertise unique collections.
Free drinks during exam times.
