Guide to Libraries pamphlet

• Revise text

     o	Discard URLs

     o	Make complete sentences

     o	Create corresponding webpage from Heard homepage to replace printing out URLs

• Get a new picture for cover

     o	Henry will design three different options 

     o	Thinking of illustration of a person under a tree 

• Based on picture, pick a color from the VU palette

• Time line. Need pamphlets by August 1st. need to send to printers 6 weeks before so need to send to printer mid-June.

Inventory

• Have plenty of folders, bags and buttons

• Need pens—need to ask for permission to buy

• New item: Magnet advertising homework hotline message- Henry will work on designing and get prices.

InnerVU

• Advertising in VU is free to VU community

• Possible marketing opportunity found in Inner VU

     o	Can  advertise events in student planner.  
     If it is just about events then we won’t advertise. 
     If it we can just do an ad then we may advertise---Deadline is FRIDAY
