Celia is meeting with Flo tomorrow and will bring this issue up and she will let us know what she finds out
Marketing Products
Robyn is meeting with Connie on Tuesday and will ask about pens and magnets
Guides are at creative services; will be done last week of July
Recognition of Staff
We would like to recognize staff who graduated this spring.
Suellen will send out a message to Library Directors and compile a list of recent graduates
Moving Meeting
We need to move our meeting time because Library Council is moving their meeting to Thursday
We were offered Wednesdays 1-2 in the Goldberg room, starting August 5th we will meet at this time
Update from Connie Meeting
We have not hear about Connies response to our suggestions
Shore may join the Communications Committee and that would help open up a channel of communication to Connie
Drupal Forums
Staffweb can have forums so that people can login with vunet id and participate in forums
Do we need training on how to use forums? We will ask some people to try it out and see if they have difficulties
First forums are DiscoverLibrary and Recipes from Staff Picnic.
Once we get feedback from testers then we can announce the forums
Publishing Article
We would like to write an article about the work of this committee
Think about journals or magazines that we could publish in or be interested in an article on us
We would like the publicity
