Beginning of the Year Promotional Items
-Looked at items handed out to students at the beginning of the year. The items lack a cohesive theme. We need to work on mainstreaming our look and get some templates set up. May get help from students.
-Looked at items from ALA’s PR Swap and Shop and from the Library at Watkins College.

-Did not hand out folders, looking for another use for the folders
-May need to reorder "Guides to Libraries", only 100 left
-Connie made a PowerPoint which gives us inspiration for the future look of PR materials

-FAQ: look at the FAQ sheet from San Diego State and model a Vandy FAQ after it
-Student involvement: try to get students to take pictures to help create database of images, need to be sensitive to people being in the images

-Decide on which services to highlight in PR materials
-Sara will check if there is a marketing club at Owen and if they can help
-Social Networking: inviting Melanie to lead a discussion on social networking
